- Ensure safety of members at all times

Attendance Clerk
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Record and maintain daily student attendance in the designated student information system.
- Verify attendance submissions from classroom teachers and ensure accuracy of records.
- Contact parents/guardians regarding student absences, tardiness, and attendance concerns.
- Collect and maintain documentation related to excused and unexcused absences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual attendance reports as required by Pre-K Counts guidelines and program administration.
- Monitor attendance trends and alert supervisors to excessive absences or potential attendance issues.
- Assist families with attendance procedures and provide information regarding attendance policies.
- Maintain confidential student and family records in accordance with FERPA and program requirements.
- Support enrollment and withdrawal procedures by updating attendance and student records.
- Collaborate with teachers, family engagement staff, and administrators to improve student attendance.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general clerical support as needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties related to program operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supports members, participants, or project teams in achieving their goals. Serves as resource for staff in all matters relating to their training expertise.
- Develops appropriate tools necessary to offer quality training; provides feedback to participants and proper instruction in use of support materials.
- Provides a safe caring environment for all participants; enforces all general policies if applicable; completes any necessary reports and forms (e.g., attendance records, certifications).

Part Time Program Coordinator
Essential Functions:
1. Ensures programs and services meet community needs to include supervising existing program activities, establishing new program activities, and expanding the program within the community as needed. Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information.
2. Recruits and retains members and program participants across multiple dimensions of diversity for successful programming. Onboards and develops them for success.
3. Models relationship-building skills in all interactions. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations. Maintains regular, clear, and concise communication within area of responsibility.
4. Manages the program, including developing and monitoring the program budget to meet fiscal objectives; compiling program statistics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of and participation in program; securing and scheduling the needed facilities; and creating and scheduling the classes, activities or events.
5. Responsible of the day to day operation of program area, including the organization and scheduling of program registration and the compilation of participation statistics.
6. Responsible for promotion and incorporating YMCA core values and scheduling of program area.
7. Responsible for the purchasing of supplies and ordering of services related to program needs following YMCA guidelines.
8. Maintain a consistent, professional image through dress, actions and relationships with others. Speak enthusiastically on behalf of the YMCA at given opportunities.

Internship Program
Essential Functions:
Internship responsibilities may vary by department but can include:
- Program Development & Implementation: Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating community programs, fitness classes, and youth development initiatives.
